Low Maintenance

BadBoy LSVs and MTVs are available with brushless electric motors, and since brushes are usually the most common replaced components of electric motors, the maintenance on brushless electric motors is almost zero. With all the savings, the first question people ask is "what am I losing to save all of this money?" The answer is nothing. LSVs will travel up to 25 MPH, which makes them perfect for city driving, and the MTVs will travel up to 30 MPH but are not built to DOT standards for driving on roads. Besides the sufficient speed these vehicles achieve, they have 30HP for pulling up hills, and carry up to 4 passengers. We like them for getting around town for daily errands, going to lunch, or just showing off becuase they are also great looking machines.

Battery Life

Interstate batteries are what gives the Badboy LSV its power, it has 8 6-volt Interstate 2300 batteries, Interstate says the use of the battery will determine its longevity, but that they average around 3-4 years, some lasting longer than others. Replacement batteries can vary in price depending where you live, our local warehouse quoted $127.00 per battery if turning in the old battery, and estimate 3 weeks for batteries to arrive. Batteries do not give off damaging emmisions during driving, although power plants do give off some effects, but not near as much as all of the cars we can replace.
